- It is 7 days from the date of receiving the order
- The possibility of exchange or return is not allowed after the 7 days.
- Products shall be replaced if they have a manufacturing defect
- The product shall be replaced within 7 days from the date of receipt if the customer requests a replacement of a size, color, or another product upon the customer’s request, in this case the customer shall be charged the cost of the replacement shipping value
- Depending on the shipping company, the arrival time of the replaced product(s) may vary.
Refund and exchange approval policies:
- The process of exchange, return and refund is allowed when the item (product) is unused and in the same condition when you received it.
- The product must also be in the packaging or packing materials for which it was sent.
- The customer is charged with shipping the returned or exchanged product.
- (Shipping costs are not refundable when you get your money back, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund).
- We bear the shipping value if the error is on our part or there is a manufacturing defect in the product.
Refunds: (if applicable)
- Once the returned products are received, and inspected, you will be notified that we have received the returned product, and we will also inform you to approve or reject your refund according to the condition of the product.
- If the exchange and return is approved, the refund will be returned, and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or the original payment method depending on the method of purchase.
